Men's Soccer

Our Men's Soccer team had an impressive debut season in 2023-2024 as a "Club Sport." Competing in a competitive men's league, we proudly finished 4th out of 16 teams. Our squad was a vibrant mix of community members and students, showcasing the talent and dedication within our college and local area.

Upcoming Season: Development Focus

For the upcoming season, we are excited to shift our focus towards a development program. This initiative aims to enhance both on-field skills and overall athleticism through comprehensive training sessions. Our program includes:

  • On-Field Training: Our players will engage in weekly practices designed to improve technical skills, tactical understanding, and game intelligence.

  • Strength and Conditioning: Complementing our on-field efforts, our strength and conditioning regimen will focus on enhancing players' physical fitness, agility, and endurance. These sessions will also take place weekly along with supported fitness routines in their days not with a coach, ensuring our athletes are in peak condition. 

We are committed to fostering a supportive and challenging environment where players can grow, excel, and prepare for future varsity competition. Stay tuned for updates on training schedules, team successes, and player highlights as we embark on this exciting journey.

We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new Men's Basketball program. Although we are in the early stages, our vision is clear: to build a strong foundation through a dedicated development program that will set the stage for future varsity competition.

Our Development Program

The basketball program will focus on comprehensive development, with an emphasis on both on-court training and physical conditioning. Our program includes:
 

  • On-Court Training: Players will participate in weekly training sessions aimed at developing fundamental skills, strategic play, and teamwork. These practices will be designed to build a solid basketball foundation, from shooting and dribbling to defensive tactics and game strategy.

  • Strength and Conditioning: To ensure our athletes are well-rounded and physically prepared, we will incorporate strength and conditioning sessions into our weekly schedule. These workouts will focus on improving strength, speed, and overall athletic performance.

Our goal is to create an environment where players can thrive, improve their skills, and prepare for the competitive demands of varsity-level basketball. We look forward to sharing updates on our team's progress, training schedules, and player achievements as we launch this exciting new program.
